Urban Event in Basingstoke included in UKUL and SEOUL

Using EMIT touchfree which in our experience at events has had zero issues.

Start times are to be from noon to 2pm to accommodate people who may wish to run after the Harvester.

Winklebury has some great housing areas for Urban Orienteering, Rooksdown is more modern but still has dense housing and a good challenge.
