Please only park where allowed by signage, marshals and restrictions. (The further from town the better.)
Keep within 15 metres of the roadside and visualize a slip-proof exit before parking.
Travel
Please car share wherever possible.
The best approach from the West is from Walkington Village, Straight on at the traffic lights, a few bends and a cattle grid, then next left road fork.
Facilities
Seek out the Green Pop-up tent for enquiries and DOWNLOAD.
There will be a portable toilet available.
Please bring your own water to drink.

Road Crossings
There are minor road crossings on courses Green to Brown making them unsuitable for juniors under 16.
There are no crossings on Lt Green, Orange, Yellow, White
First Aid and A&E
First Aid is available at the Finish.
The nearest A&E department is at Beverley Urgent Treatment Centre, East Riding Community Hospital, Swinemoor Ln, Beverley HU17 0FA. The journey takes 07 minutes, 1.9 miles.

Control descriptions will be printed on the map. Loose control descriptions will be available at the Start. The White and Yellow courses have text control descriptions. All other courses have IOF control descriptions.
Terrain and Out of Bounds
Terrain is generally runnable common land with paths and small wooded areas with contour features. The area contains a golf course, be aware of golfers, no user of the Westwood has priority, please be courteous and considerate.
Golf Greens are OOB.
Cows graze the pasture, although they are used to people, please give them a wide berth to avoid startling them.
Dogs
Dogs, under control, are allowed in the competition area.
Results
The results will be posted on the club website as soon as possible after the event.
