Photography
We will have a photographer attending the event. By entering, you consent to your photo being taken and possibly published on social media.
Race Instructions and Terms & Conditions
Entrants must be 15 years or over on race day. Entrants under 18 on race day must have the permission of their parent or guardian.
You agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the Governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purposes of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times and age category.
An entrant shall be deemed to have made themselves familiar with, and agree to be bound by the UKA Anti Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti Doping rules.
The UK Anti Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entering into the event, whether or not the participant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
Please note, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. Dogs or pushchairs are NOT allowed. Headphones, including bone conducting headphones, are also not permitted as part of the race is on an open road.
Bibs must not be torn, folded or otherwise mutilated.
If the race has to be cancelled, for example due to bad weather, no refunds or deferrals will be available. Any cancellation will only be done in extreme circumstances, but the safety of runners and marshals will be our priority.

For this year's event, numbers must be collected on the day. Medical information must be completed on the reverse of your bib, to enable us to give you the right assistance as quickly as possible in the event of an emergency.
Final race instructions, including confirmation of the bag drop and changing facilities will be sent out roughly 5 to 7 days before the race.

Children's Fun Run
There will also be a children’s 1.5K Fun Run, which will take place at 9:30am, with the children's prizegiving taking place at approximately 10:00am before the main event at 10.30am. The Fun Run starts and finishes in the stadium; there are prizes for the first boy and girl under 10 and under 15, all finishers receive a race medal. Entry is online only and costs £5.00.
