Medals and Prizes
Race medal for all finishers.

Photography
We will have a photographer attending the event. By entering, you consent to your photo being taken and possibly published on social media.

Facilities
Refreshments and toilet facilities in the stadium.

Race Instructions
All children who enter must have the permission of their parent or guardian.

Please note, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. Dogs or pushchairs are NOT allowed.

For this year's event, numbers can be collected on the day. Final race instructions, including confirmation of any bag drop and changing facilities will be sent out roughly 5 to 7 days before the race.

The race is held under UK Athletics Rules, UKA Full Race Licence ID: 2025/29637.

Transfers will be accepted up until 21st November
How to transfer your entry to someone else:

1. Tap on Manage Entry
2. Sign in with your email address and password
3. Against your entry tap Transfer
4. Provide the email address of the person who is taking your place
5. They will get an email with instructions on how to take up their place. You will get a copy of that email.

Please note that you are responsible for any financial transaction between you and the person taking your place.

The Fun Run
The Children’s 1.5K Fun Run will take place before the main event at 9.30am. The Fun Run starts and finishes in the stadium. There are prizes for the first boy and girl under 10 and under 15, all finishers receive a race medal. Entry is online only.
