Unlimited entries until midnight on Monday 14th, then limited until midnight on Tuesday.
'Sprintelopes' are a summer series of evening urban orienteering events, with a relaxed style and friendly competition for those who want it. All welcome, newcomers to orienteering as well as club regulars. Club volunteers and others will help get you started; we're a friendly bunch! Ideal for runners looking for something different. Sign-up in advance is advised; there will be limited on-the-night entry subject to map availability.
Full details are on the event webpage. Please read these before you enter and again before the day to check for updates, in case the weather has affected the event. If not just turn up at the Start any time within the start window (6:30 - 7:30pm unless otherwise advertised).

Long 4.3km
Optimal distance. Suitable for unaccompanied U16s - see note below.

Maps will not be waterproof so if wet please bring a polypocket.
As courses are within the campus and there is a 10mph speed limit, BOF rules are that courses are suitable for unaccompanied under-16s. Please note that there is likely to be light traffic so take care - in particular learner drivers are common at this time in the evening, and the courses cross the bus route within the campus.
You can order an extra map if you wish.

Senior: £4.00/£6.00
Junior/Student: £2.00/£3.00
Juniors are under 26 on 31st December. Young adults under 26 pay junior rates, as do Students if they tick the 'Are you a Student?' box on the entry form.
Pairs / Groups / Families running together should make a single entry. Enter the name of your lead navigator then add the additional names in the box below. There is a final box for your group / family name that will be displayed on the results (otherwise it will be the lead navigator's name). You get one map with your entry, and can request up to 4 additional maps (towards bottom of form) at £1 each.
Timing Device (Dibber) Hire - SI dibbers are available to hire free of charge but there is a £30 charge if lost.
Shadowing - if you are following ('shadowing') another runner but not competing, you can order an extra map (£1 per map).
