Seize The Power 5K

About the race
The course is a one lap loop of the beautiful River Hamble Country park. The route spans various terrains including some uneven woodland and steps. Therefore, buggies and running pushchairs are not allowed on the course.

The route will be fully signed and Marshalls will be at multiple points around the course.

Water and sweet treats will be available at the finish.

Toilets are located in two separate locations at the start/finish area.

First aid will be on hand at the finish line, if you need assistance while on the course, please let a Marshall know and we will get someone out to you.

Parking is available in the multiple car parks across the site. Runners will receive a discounted rate of £2.50 and that will allow runners to park all day. Codes will be emailed out nearer the time.

The cafe will be open onsite for sandwiches, coffees and cakes.

We are hoping for perfect dry weather of course, but be aware if there has been a lot of rain some parts of the route will become muddy and trail shoes are recommended.

Please be aware the park will remain open to the public during the event. Please be mindful of dog walkers.

Due to insurance purposes, participants cannot take part with their canine friends. However they more than welcome to enjoy the park with the spectators while the event takes place.

•Under 11s must be accompanied by an adult

Kids Fun Run age 4+
•The Fun Run will start at 11.15 and is for children aged from 4 to 12 years old.
•Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
•Medal for all participants

Transfer your entry
How to transfer your entry to someone else:

1. Login to Racesignup
2. Against your entry tap Transfer
3. Provide the email address of the person who is taking your place
4. They will get an email with instructions on how to take up their place. You will get a copy of that email.

Please note that you are responsible for any transaction between you and the person taking your place.
