Planning is still in progress on Studland, so at this stage course lengths are only a rough guess to provide a little guidance. The values for Durlston have been advised by the planner from initial planning.

On Saturday there is a long distance event on Studland Dunes with an excursion onto Agglestone Heath for Blue and Brown courses. On Sunday there are the usual long distance, colour coded, cross-country courses on offer in the SW Orienteering League event on the recently extended and updated Durlston Country Park on the West side of Swanage.

Terrain
Saturday's event takes place on the heathland of Studland Dunes with complex contour features interupted by wet slacks marked out of bounds.
The Sunday SWOL event takes place on a complex area of thickets set on steep slopes.
