Choose a course (40/60/75 min) and ask for a dibber if you haven't got your own. This will guarantee that a map is available for you on the night.
Entries will be processed some time after midnight on Tuesday 28th October 2025. Entries after that will be accepted by the system but are not guaranteed a map - so try not to need this facility as the number of spare maps will be limited.
Withdrawals are possible up to the midnight above, with automatic credit applied to any future MDOC event.
It will be a MapRun event, enabling use of the MapRun app EITHER on your smartphone - OR the MapRunG app on your watch (which also needs the MapRun app on your phone). If you aren't familiar with MapRun, please read the pre-event info on the MDOC website (www.mdoc.org.uk), which tells you how and when to download the app to your phone (and watch - if you plan to use one), and then how to download the event. Please remember that this is best done before you arrive at the event.
There will be help available on the night if you are still unsure.
As usual at our NSL Maprun events, a traditional paper-based backup is available for those who prefer it, or whose technology fails on the night.
On the night registration will be at the venue from 5.30pm onwards. You will need to pick up your personalised clue sheet and a dibber (if requested) and pay for any extra entries - our preferred system of payment is by contactless card or phone. Cash payments will be possible, but not encouraged.
Start times are from 6.00-7.30pm
Final details will be emailed to all entries in the system the day before the event. They will include copies of the safety notice and safety map. Please read them carefully - they may not be available at registration.
If you have any event queries, or difficulties with the entry system - please contact nsl2025@mdoc.org.uk
